SubTithi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("SubTithi Trust", "we") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website and app, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

Name, email, the subscriptions, dates, cycles, notes and reminder settings you add, and basic technical logs for security. We never collect card numbers, UPI IDs or PINs, bank credentials, SMS or contacts.

Purpose and consent

To run your calendar, send the reminders you choose, reply to you and keep the service secure — based on your consent at sign-up, which you may withdraw at any time.

Sharing

Only with hosting and messaging processors under contract, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Access, correction, completion, erasure, nomination and grievance redressal via privacy@subtithi.digital. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Retention

Encrypted in transit and at rest; erased within 30 days of account deletion unless law requires otherwise. The service is for users aged 18+.

Service

SubTithi Trust is a free calendar for subscriptions and recurring payments you record yourself. It is not a bank, NBFC, payment aggregator or adviser and does not process, schedule or cancel any payment or mandate.

Free of charge

No fees. Nothing will ever be charged without prior notice and your explicit consent.

Eligibility

18 years or older, with accurate details.

Accuracy

Dates are based on what you enter; providers may change them.

Liability

Provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for third-party charges.

Law

Laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
